Enquiries are not reservations
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a reservation. A stay is booked only when we confirm it to you in writing.
Prices, payment and cancellation
No payment is taken on this website. The price, any deposit, payment and cancellation conditions, and arrival and departure times are set out in our written offer. They apply once you accept that offer.
Availability
The calendar on this website is updated from other booking channels and may lag behind them. Availability is final only when we confirm it.
Guests
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Only the guests named in the booking may stay. Croatian law requires guests to be registered, so we will ask for the necessary identity details.
Care of the villa
Please treat the villa, its pool and its grounds with care and leave them in good order. Guests are responsible for damage they cause, as provided by law.
Information on this website
We take care to keep this website accurate, but details may change. Your written offer takes precedence over this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
